Unravelling differentiation at single cell resolution, results in new markers
BISC’s customer is involved in remyelination research. Remyelination is a key process to heal the brain after traumatic or disease-related injury. Uncovering driver mechanisms could result in therapeutic targets for chronic neurodegenerative disease where remyelination fails.
BISC developed a high-throughput Immune repertoire processing pipeline which supports the analysis for more than 20 species. Public BCR data was used to compare key repertoire characteristics and dynamics. Furthermore the pipeline was made compliant to AIRRTSV data standards.
With the analysis pipeline developed by BISC Global, the customer was able to quantify the resemblance between their antibodies and its human equivalents. With this information, they are able to offer enhanced quality assurance to their customers and differentiate themselves from their competitors.
