Immunomics

Immunomics is the study of the immune system using genome-wide approaches. Immunomic studies have a wide range of purposes for example determining the immune response against pathogens or cancer cells, supporting and guiding vaccine design, determining the mechanism behind auto-immune disorders, etc.

Immunomics has allowed researchers to study the immune system as a whole and characterize it as a dynamic model. It has revealed that some of the immune system’s most distinguishing features are the continuous motility, turnover, and plasticity of its constituent cells.

BISC consultants have significant expertise in building immunomic analysis pipelines and analyzing such datasets, both for customer’s own experimental data and public data. Furthermore BISC Global can help with the in-depth analysis and interpretation of your immunomics data to ensure you will fully understand your results and possible next steps for your research efforts.
