BISC Global is a young and fast growing company active in Bioinformatics and Statistics Consulting. In recent years, the major challenges in biotechnological research have shifted away from generating data and more towards data analysis. It is our goal to address these changing needs and build bridges between the worlds of biology and informatics, mathematics and engineering, young professionals and established experts.

As Community & Lead Generation Officer you will be handling marketing material (all media types) and communications for the global market. You will be responsible for our social media platforms, digital content, website and social branding. 50% of your time will be dedicated to lead generation, for which you use various digital cutting-edge tools enabling you to reach the entire globe. You support the global sales team and CCO with their sales funnel and continuous marketing efforts in a primarily digital  approach.

Who are we looking for?

    • You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in marketing, administration or equivalent through experience / interest
    • Experience in industry is not a must; enthusiasm and a sincere interest in what we do is key
    • If you do have experience in working in an international start-up / scale-up company, you’re one step ahead of the competition
    • You are administratively strong and love to support various sales and marketing processes throughout the company – in various domains
    • Experience with lead generation is a definite plus, not a requirement, as is experience with sales & project administration
    • You are strong in communicating and can organize / prioritize your work independently 
    • You love working in a fast-paced, international environment, active in the life sciences industry
    • Microsoft Office & various social media applications have no secrets for you and you are software savvy
    • You get energized by offering the sales team a continuous flow of confirmed leads in a competitive and fast-moving market

What is expected of you?

  • Lead generation (50% of your time) and brand management of BISC Global & day to day projects
  • Management of our social media platforms, website and marketing material
  • Develop global marketing toolbox to support the local sales teams and C-level management
  • Develop and execute a digital strategy based on the customer journey
  • Acts as essential link between internal departments (sales, business development, R&D… ) providing information and support
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Actively contribute to sales team engagement
  • Act with a digital-first mindset
